Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or booking any services from Car Detox.



Car Detox offers a variety of automotive reconditioning and detailing services, including car washes, waxing/polishing, pet hair removal, ceramic coating and car detailing, scratch removal, paint protection applications, engine detailing, and more. All services are subject to these terms and conditions.


Appointments & Pricing

Please book services online or contact your local Car Detox center to check availability and pricing and to schedule an appointment. Walk-in customers are welcome but are subject to availability and may experience longer wait times. Car Detox reserves the right to adjust pricing or impose fuel/material surcharges at any time.



Payment is due in full upon completion of services. We accept all major credit cards and mobile pay. Garaged/stored customer vehicles left after closing without payment may incur storage fees. No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed. Package deals are non-refundable.


Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.


Liability Limits

Card Detox accepts no liability for any damage or losses to vehicles or contents during cleaning, storage, or transit, including in cases of fire, theft, vandalism, weather events, or collisions not caused directly by gross negligence of the company or staff. We are not responsible for any existing damage or issues not directly resulting from our work/services performed (including paint defects, leaks, mechanical issues). Maximum liability for loss or damage is limited solely to correcting any defects in workmanship or replacing products applied at no charge.


Assumption of Risk

By entering the premises of Car Detox, customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with car detailing services, including but not limited to wet floors, slippery surfaces, and moving vehicles.


Premises Safety

While we strive to maintain a safe environment for our customers, we cannot guarantee the absence of hazards at all times. Customers are expected to exercise caution and adhere to posted safety signs and instructions.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings while on our premises. This includes being mindful of wet floors, avoiding restricted areas, and securing personal items.


Liability Release

Car Detox, its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from accidents or incidents on the premises, including but not limited to slips, falls, or collisions with vehicles.


Customer Expectations & Warranties

Car Detox guarantees satisfaction with our cleaning and detailing services. While we take great care, vehicles may still experience staining, deterioration, defects, or adhesion loss over time after detailing due to many factors outside our control. Any stated service durations, paint correction levels, defect removal promises, or product lifespans are only estimates. Please contact your center immediately regarding any issues with work performed so we can evaluate and determine the best solution. We make no other guarantees or warranties regarding our services express or implied.


Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the state and country laws where a Car Detox center is located without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes or claims not settled directly shall be resolved in the courts closest to the Car Cetox center where services were rendered.


Changes to Terms

Car Detox reserves the right to update these terms of service periodically without direct notice. Please check back regularly for the latest information. Continued use, purchase or scheduling of services after changes signifies acceptance of revisions.
